Ganesh is traditionally invoked first before all other deities.

Vedic Ganapati Mantra

gaṇānāṃ tvā gaṇapatiṃ havāmahe, kaviṃ kavīnāmupamaśravastamam | jyeṣṭharājaṃ brahmaṇāṃ brahmaṇaspata, ā naḥ śṛṇvannūtibhiḥ sīda sādanam ||

Gananam tva Ganapatim havamahe, kavim kavinam upamashravashtamam | Jyeshtharajam Brahmanam Brahmanaspata, a nah shrinvannuutibhih seeda sadanam ||

We invoke you, O lord of all hosts (Ganapati), O poet among poets, most celebrated, O eldest sovereign of prayers, O Brahmanaspati — hearing our calls, come with your aids and take your seat.

Pranava Mantra

oṃ gaṃ gaṇapataye namaḥ ||

Om Gam Ganapataye Namah ||

Om — Gam — salutation to Ganapati. The Ganesh beej (seed) mantra, used in japa and invocation.

Nirvighna Mantra

vakratuṇḍa mahākāya sūryakoṭisamaprabha | nirvighnaṃ kuru me deva sarvakāryeṣu sarvadā ||

Vakratunda Mahakaya Suryakoti Samaprabha | Nirvighnam Kuru Me Deva Sarva Karyeshu Sarvada ||

O one with the curved trunk, the vast form, radiant as ten million suns — grant me freedom from all obstacles, O Lord, in all my endeavours always.
