6. Affiliate links and third-party products

The Shop and many articles contain affiliate links (primarily to Amazon). When you click an affiliate link and complete a purchase on the third-party site, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. The third-party site — not Adiveda — is the seller; their terms, prices, shipping, returns, refunds, and customer-support policies apply. Adiveda has no control over those policies and is not responsible for any issue arising from your purchase from a third-party retailer.

7. User-submitted content

If commenting, message-board, or testimonial features are enabled on the Site and you post material on the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, display, edit, reproduce, and distribute that material on or in connection with the Site. You confirm that the material is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may moderate, edit, or remove user-submitted content at our discretion.
