Consultation Cancellation & Refund Policy

Consultations
- Consultation bookings may be rescheduled at no cost up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are refunded in full.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
Payment for consultations is arranged directly with us and is not taken through this website. Any refund is returned by the same method the payment was made.
Written reports and readings
Personalised readings and written reports are prepared individually from the birth details you provide. Once preparation has begun, the work cannot be returned, so these are non-refundable except where we have made an error.
If you believe a reading contains an error — for example, it was prepared from incorrect birth details — write to contact@adiveda.in within 7 days of delivery. Where the error is ours, we will correct and reissue the reading at no charge.
Books
Books listed in our book catalogue are sold and dispatched by Amazon, not by Adiveda. Returns, refunds and delivery for those purchases are handled by Amazon under Amazon’s own policies. Please raise any issue directly with them.
