Refund & Returns Policy

Consultations

Consultation bookings may be rescheduled at no cost up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are refunded in full minus payment-gateway charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

Store Products

Due to the personal and spiritual nature of our products — gemstones, rudraksha, yantras, and custom reports — we accept returns only where the product is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

To raise a return, write to contact@adiveda.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Approved returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Custom Reports

Personalised reports (kundali, compatibility, muhurta, remedies) are non-refundable once preparation has begun.

How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
